Constraint
What made it hard
A rewritten resume is only useful if it mirrors the language of one specific listing, and it has to come back fast enough that somebody will use it while they are actually applying.

Decision
What I chose, and what I rejected
I made the job listing the input rather than a profile the user fills in first. The listing is the part that changes with every application, and asking somebody to maintain a profile is the step where they give up and close the tab.
